I want to do MBA but my B.com graduation marks is just 48%. So, which colleges can I get admission in?

There are more than 3000 institutes and Universities in India offering PGDM or MBA as a programme. The top category colleges like the IIMs and XLRIs or the top 20 or top 30 institutes work with the cream students. The top 100 colleges get students with very good merit. But then there are balance 290

But as per UGC guidelines you need atleast 50% so how it is possible and if yes please tell me some colleges in Bangalore and should I give any entrance exam?
