You should ask for your brother's point of view and try to convince him.

You have got to convince your brother, if he is looking after your studies. It is likely that he wants you to do well. You have to show him your skills also. If he knows it better, pay heed to him and follow his suggestion.

Your brother must have some concrete reason for your not pursuing MBA.Talk it out to him and seek his advice on if not MBA then what other options should you explore.
