MBA from IGNOU is considered to be the most preferable.They have a Regional centre in Pune. Apart from this, MIT & Symbiosis in Pune are the reputed ones.

MBA(human resources) & MBA(Banking & Finance) from Distance learning is good option For you. IGNOU and IMT(Ghaziabad) is one of the good colleges .But one thing remember that distance education is useful if you doing a good job,
