I want to do MBA from abroad but do not have work experience. Which Universities abroad in any countries accept candidates without work exp

I am currently pursuing my Graduation in Bsc I.T. I want to do MBA in marketing or International Business. Which good Universities abroad accept a fresher? Please help me. I will give GMAT and TOFEL too.
