I want to do MBA from abroad with a top world ranking university. What is the overall procedure to study abroad?

You should clear GMAT with good aggregate and must clear IELTS or any other according to the country you prefer
But firstly you should shortlist universities and read their elligibility criteria.
There are good chances of getting a scholarship too
