I want to do MBA from top IIMs but am weak in English and my 12th percentage is not well too. Can I apply for CAT?

You can apply for CAT. Since, you know that you are weak in English, you are probably going to score poor in CAT. So, rather than planning just to go for MBA like everyone else. Why don't you work on improving your English?

Yes, you can apply for CAT. Though, if you couldn't make it to top IIMs, there are certain top B-schools which you can get. But, you need to focus on how to score better in CAT. All the best.
