I want to do MBA in event management CAT exam need to do MBA in event management.

Most universities have their own entrance test, this will so depend on the university for which you are applying.

There may be some universities who prefer CAT for their entrance in their event management programme. But, there are many universities who have their own entrance test. You can clear them to get admission in the same. Thankyou.

PG Master Level event management /MBA with specialisation in Event Management is a 11 Months programme is designed to produce those professionals who are able to manage various events like wedding parties, corporate parties, organizational meetings, business promotions, marketing and advertising and other celebrations etc. This course enables the students to manage events, presentations, catering, and venue management and there are lots of career options are available in marketing and promotion sector. The admission in Institutes like National Institute of Event Management, National Academy of Event Management and Development, COEM and AMITY University etc. Does not requires any management entrance exams scores. However these may conducts their own Aptitude Test/ Interviews for the purpose of shortlisting of candidates. Hence CAT is not necessary for PG Event management courses.
