BBA will be useful than B.Tech as you would be studying Basics of MBA in BBA.

I will suggest you to get in for BBA and then proceed to MBA. It may save time and orient you to the relevant career from start.

Hi Akul, BBA course provides an insight on several of the managerial roles. You may pursue MBA after B.Tech or BBA. But BBA+MBA, the value of a course in BBA will rise when it will be followed up with a good MBA programme.
After pursuing this course, one can start off as an Executive or Assistant

B.Tech is not as such comparable to BBA even if you want to do MBA later. I suggest go for B.tech so that you have more career option in front of you.
