    Hi Gopi,
It depends on your interest. You can't go wrong with either of the choices. HR is an evergreen field and operations management has started coming up in a big way now. In terms of job opportunities, you may still find more in HR.
Hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
    Wish you luck.

An option is only good if that suits you and it can only suit you if you have interest in that particular domain so that you explore and understand it better. Apart from it, yes, taking finance as major in which you would pursue your career can be easily handled with HR as minor. Workload management would be best. If you ask for suggestion, I would suggest going for finance+marketing as this is the demand of future as sales is everywhere.

It depends upon your interest. If your communication is good and you like theory, then you should go with HR or finance. You need to focus in facts and figure and accounts also.

Plenty of opportunities in the fields of Finance, banking, even in Accounting and Management consultancy. You can be a financial analyst or a business development officer or a fund adviser or work in the stock market. You can be a corporate planner who takes care of the financial side of the business by offering sound advice to the CEO when it comes to the feasibility of a new business, joint venture or partnership. It also depends on your current work, which department you belong and the exposure you got which enables you to enhance your skills. Coming to MBA in HR.
Let me first start with what you will learn. Human Resources basically
