I want to do MBA in HR.Please tell me Do I need to secure 50% in honors subject or in pass+hons. subjects in 3 yrs bachelor's degree?
I am from calcutta university,graduated this year.

Since you are interested in pursuing HR course,if you want to apply in good colleges, then you need to have atleast 50 % in graduation because the eligibility criteria for most of the colleges is that you need to have 50 % in graduation.

Marks are not the only criteria for admission. Do well in the personal interview. Most of the Corporate never look into your marks. They need your performance and good attitude.
