You can apply in 3 ways
1. SCDL Prospectus 2011 is available as a free download. Limited Hard copy of Prospectus is also available at Rs. 450/ only at SCDL Pune. You can get it by post in India by sending your details with an Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- in the name of 'Director, SCDL, Pune' payable at
