I want to do MBA in IT from Hyderabad. Can you suggest the best colleges for MBA with good placement record?

Hyderabad is not a good place for doing MBA. If you choose Bangalore, there will be a lot of opportunities in the IT sector. Christ University and VIT are one among the famous colleges for MBA.
