Agreeing to the information provided by Aneeket, there are rarely any institutes offering Masters degree in the Media stream, yet you can definitely opt for the PG Diploma / other relevant courses in the field of Media.

As there are very few universities offering a Management program in Media, you can opt for a PG in Media or any of its domain.
