While studying you are allowed to work 20 hours per week during term days. Expect Singapore all other countries allow this for student visa holders. You are also allowed to work 40 hours per week when you have holidays.
Colleges and universities do have few jobs. Mostly, you have to look for jobs outside.

    Hi
All colleges provide the work-study program
if you're a full-time student. Usually universities allow a maximum of 12 working hours a week, because anything more than this has been shown to affect a student's ability in academics. The rate of pay is about $10 an hour, with vacation pay and benefits. These jobs can be anything from working in the food services to administration. You can apply to the International student work-study program if:
    1. you have a valid student permit .
    2. you have at least 60% of a full course load in your semester
    3. you are in satisfactory academic standing
