The only solution is to join a good institute which could train you in English, help you improve it. Side by side, you should also prepare on your own too.
Verbal ability section mainly comprises of
1. Vocabulary - STart with norman lewis which is based on RPS system. AFter fnishing this completel

English medium is not mandatory. What you need to do is, you should clear XAT.
To get admission to XLRI, candidates have to appear for XAT 2011.
To register for XAT, candidates have to fill the XAT Form that is available online at www.xlri.net.in. Once the candidate logs on to this site
