Both the courses sounds equally fair, but opting B.Sc in IT will be safe for you. It will help you to prepare for MBA as well.

I would suggest doing B.Sc. As nowadays, IIMs do not prefer B.Tech or BE degree holders.
Even there might be a discrimination against you during the interview due to an engineering background, but it's okay if you want to make your career in the IT field, all you need to do is have some work experience. Else, I would suggest you one more thing, if you are capable of doing your graduation from Germany then you will have a chance to get the job in Germany after graduation. If you want to stay in India go through B.Sc and meanwhile prepare for CAT as well.

You can pursue BCA as your ultimate goal is MBA in IT, so there is no point wasting 1 year in doing engineering. You can pursue engineering, if you want to make your career in technical field.
    All the best.

You can opt for computer science engineering as it is a better option. It depends on your personal interest as well.
    All the best.

B.Tech in CS is the de-facto the most accepted degree for Indian IT industry. Therefore, for your long term management goals in IT companies you are advised to do B.Tech IT from the top Indian engineering college and then go for MBA in IT.
