Dear friend, As per my experience if you want to go for an Open University education, you must choose universities which are well known as well as reputed at world wide level or at state level. This will provide you with a good scope for future. -
If you want to pursue from distance, then you can pursue from IGNOU. It is a very well established brand name in the field of distance education. The course material is of international standards. However, final call is yours.
