Due to the grim conditions of the country due to covid some relaxations have been given this year. Now you need to apply for the skype interview only which is mandatory for MBA admission.You can give the LPUNest only for an additional scale of scholarship. The syllabus and the paper pattern for the same is mentioned on the website of LPU. You need to click the website to start the admission process which is completely online. The eligibility criteria to take admission in MBA programme at LPU is passed with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent and you need to qualify LPUNEST (LPU's entrance exam). LPUNEST is compulsory for you and after qualifying LPUNEST, you need to qualify Interview. Good to see your interest in one of the best private university. My niece also inquired for MBA and she came to know the eligibility norms. The eligibility to pursue MBA is: 55% + Interview or Completed Company Secretary CS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or Completed Chartered Accountancy CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Completed Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) with following relaxations: 1. 5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants) 2. 10% relaxation to outstanding Sports Persons (I. e. A/A+ category as per Sports Scholarship), Subject to verification from Selection committee of the University) CAT exam is not required to take admission . You just need to appear in Interview. Interview will be conducted to check the communication skills, general knowledge, fluency, critical thought etc. It is mandatory to get atleast 50% to take admission in regular MBA and for elite program like Honours and some Specialized MBA the eligibility norms are little stringent. After meeting the eligibility norms, you can proceed for admission and can take better slabs of scholarship by taking early decision to take admission. Hope this helps.
