I have above 7 years of work experience in capital market, accountancy and company invoicing, billing, bills of exchange, international BPO, travel and expenses, accounts payables, accounts receivables etc. Currently, I am associated with Genpact in Kolkata.

You can go for One year full time MBA from IIMs. It will a open a lot doors for you and can fast-track your career. These courses are for people with more than 5 years of work ex. Given your work ex and profile, you would be a good fit for the course.
