Hi Dewal,
Nowadays lot of options are open for MBBS abroad. Countries like Russia, Ukriane, Georgia, Philippines, China.
You need to ensure that the medium of instruction is completely in English to have ease of understanding. Some extremely low cost universities have dual medium of instruction.

First of all, if you study MBBS from MCI approved colleges, MCI will issue you acknowledgement that you can complete your course and appear for MCI screening test in India. You need to pass the test with 50%, it's objective based question paper with no negative marking.
