I want to do MCA and M.Tech after completing it. Should I approach a good college for MCA or not?

I can't pursue MCA from a college with high fee structure. Also, I want to prepare for M.Tech along with MCA. I selected Government Engineering College, Ajmer for the same, is it a good choice or not?

Assuming that your target is to get a job in IT industry, MCA is more than enough. You should complete your MCA from the best possible college. If I am wrong in my assumption, I think then you want to do M.Tech and might want to make your career in the teaching field. But in both the cases, you must
