Hi, 1. MCA is not offered abroad. You need to go for MS in Computer Science. For the same, minimum criteria is 15/16 years of education and you should have a degree in a relevant discipline. 2. Scholarships are awarded on various criteria. The norms vary for different universities and programs. G
