I want to do Mca (Regular frm IPU) and Mba (distance frm Amity),is it legal? If YES,then PLEASE SPECIFY THE ACT/CLAUSE SAYING THIS IS LEGAL.

Yes it's legal because there isn't such law which says you can't do dual post graduate degree .
