I want to do mechanical engineering Diploma in Bangalore via distance, how are the exams conducted?

I'm a 12th pass from commerce stream, please help. I'm good at practicals but not in theory.

    Diploma, B.E/B.Tech from distance mode are not valid as per AICTE guidelines for employment purpose. Hence, never pursue. Its better to take regular or part time admission.
