i want to do mphil/phd in management. kindly advise.

Hi Puneet.
You must qualify for the entrance exam for M.Phil when you are qualified for the same you can do M.Phil. Once M.Phil is completed you can do PhD.

first of all apear in the entrance exam conducted by the university than go for Ph.D.
