I want to do MS from Germany. Which is the best university for doing MS in computer science engineering? What is the eligibility criteria?

Hi,
RWTH Aachen is among the best. There is no good and bad university in Germany, all are highly ranked. You can also check TU Munich, TU Berlin, University of Stuttgart, etc. You must complete your Bachelor's degree with very high academic grades, around 75% is minimum. You must take the IELTS as well. Apart from these you must also show outstanding project works, research work, publications, etc. Knowledge of German language is recommended.
