I want to do MS in Human Resource Management in US.I have B.Tech degree in EEE and working in TCS since 1 year

I have 8.64 CGPA in my B.Tech and have 1 year of working experience in TCS.I got 305 in GRE(158-Quant and 147-verbal and 3 in AWA) and awaiting for my IELTS results.

Well, 305 is not a high score but you do stand some chance. you may try for universities ranking 150-200 in USA. Keep in mind that since your score is not average you need to find out a way to show exceptional extra curiculars, SOP must be outstanding. Try to seek professional help from consultants
