i want to do ms in mathematics from canada or germany which tests i have to apply and WHEN??

i am pursuing b.sc(honours school) mathematics and computing from panjab university and will complete it by may 2013 and after then i want to do my MS from a good university either in canada or in germany also tell me the mode of admission and various tests i have to go through???
