I want to do Ms ..with 2.7 GPA and my current practice score in GRE is 301-294 is that appropriate for MS in top universities of USA or UK.

Unfortunately not. You have to look at a score of 325 and above along with higher GPA and overall profile of all rounder for top universities. However if you want to study from an average university and your MS subject is not very common, you can then consider positive chances of admission
