i want to do msc computer science abroad ! i am in final year bsc(maths,electronics and computer science ) and i have also done ccna ?

i need guidance regarding the whole procedure for studying in abroad like entrance exam and acceptance of 15 years education . And also will having a qualification like ccna do any help ????
