I want to do MSc in Controls from Canada. I have heard about Alberta and University of Toronto offering one of d best courses. Is it so?
My field of interest is control engineering which is generally offered by Elec dept. I have very good resume in the given field and good academic record too. Its just that I haven't given TOFEL yet and have a bit low GRE score of 1250. So I want to know whether admits are given based on academics
