i want to do mtech and phd in space research. i have done b.e. in ece. i want to become lecturer in engg college for pursuing my dreams.

Hi, Well I would say that to be a lecturer, you need to sit for UGC-NET exam and also the minimum eligibility is to have masters degree. And even for PhD, you need to first pursue higher education.
