    To add on, after B.E. / B.Tech generally students opt for M.Tech as it is to give a specialized training in the field of engineering.
    Quite a few institutes intake candidates on the basis of the various entrance exams. Aspirants can apply for GATE exam as it is an all India test.
    There are very few institutes taking admissions without GATE it is suggestible to first appear in GATE exam and then look for good colleges for M.Tech as it will open up many more options for your desired course.
