i want to do my b.sc in math in mumbai but i have lost my migration certificate.can i apply for admissions through my duplicate certificate

im not happy with my college in kolkata .i have submitted my original migration certificate to the university but now they are not returning it back.I have already applied for a duplicate copy from my state board and i will get it by next week.Please help me

yes you can you just need to get a duplicate migration certificate and giving a notification in a daily newspaper that you have lost the migration certificate.
