i want to do my MS in abroad as well as my IAS. Can u pls help me out completing both.....
is it possible to pursue IAS after completing MS in abroad.. i want to be in IAS list in my first attempt and also do my MS in abroad so pls help me out...now i am in BCA 6th sem

I would agree with both @||anjani jha|| "after IAS the possibility of MS from abroad is very less" and @||richajain|| for saying "it is difficult but not impossible".
The most toughest hurdle for you would be how to go about IAS??

it is difficult but not impossible . if you are planning to go abroad for MS then you will have to study yourself . As you will hardly find any institute for this.

both option is tough but you can go for IAS after MS but after IAS the possibility of MS from abroad is very less

If I start preparing immediately after taking admission in MS and after completing come to India and prepare for it again for 2,3 years and in case I don't clear UPSC can I get job abroad or in India based on my MS degree having gap of 3 years after MS.
