i want to do OCA Certification,can any one help me out with the procedure to apply for the test

You should start by perusing the Oracle Certification website at certification.oracle.com. Here you will find certification requirements and exam details such as exam fees. You can register for exams at www.pearsonvue.com/oracle

My suggestion is better join some Oracle Authorized Training Institute and get hands on with the practicals before appearing for the examination.
