    Hi Mohan,
Although, there are two three Universities which provide one sitting Bachelor's degree like Osmania University, KSOU etc. where you can give all the three years Examinations in one sitting, but the recognition of such a degree programmes is really doubtful especially in Government sector so, advisable would be that you go for regular 3 years bachelors degree programme.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

    Dear mohan,
As per UGC norms one sitting degree is not valid,
beware of institutes claiming one sitting degrees which they say is eligible for govt jobs,
if you wish for a degree for govt job then kindly check whether the institute you choose is UGC and AICTE approved.
if you have any more query do reply,
In case your has been resolved, please close this query by rating it as a "Best Answer" or by giving "Thumbs up"

Its always advisable to do a regular degree. Single Sitting degree doesw not seem to be recognised by competent bodies.
