I want to do part-time civil engineering. I am currently working in this field. I am a Diploma Holder. What should I do?

You have two options, either you can do a full-time B.Tech, as a lateral entry or also you can get the same through distance learning. But, I would suggest full-time course will be a better option from a recognized institute.
