I want to do part time/corrospondence MTech in computers. Any suggestions please?

I am working as a business analyst in an IT company. I have done MCA corrospondence from Maharshi Dayand University, Rohtak. I want to persue M.Tech (part time) in computers in vicinity of chandigarh. What are the instititues that offer this and what is the procedure?
