    Hi Sanjay,
    Advisable is that you should go for a full time program as M.Tech is a technology driven program which would require a lot of practical exposure. Although, finding a part time M.Tech Institute specifically in Bangalore would be difficult but few of the Institutes which you can check for Part Time M.Tech programmes are:
    IIT Kanpur
    IIT Delhi
    Anna University
    ITM University
    JNTU
    Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College
    Osmania University
    Geetham University
