The UGC NET e-Certificate remains valid for 3 years from the date of issue. The validity of UGC NET Certificate of Eligibility for Assistant Professor/Lectureship is forever. So your NET JRF of 2013 would not be valid but you can do part time Ph.D. after qualifying for NET or university level entena
