I want to do PGDM in finance but I don't have good marks in my graduation as I only scored 45%. Can I get any college?

Hi Divya!
Your graduation score is just one parameter but what actually matters is your score in MBA entrance exams and your performance in GD and PI for PGDM only. For MS it is on merit basis. Moreover, the admission process of maximum college is done. I would suggest you to wait for an year and re
