I want to do Ph.D. from IIT BOMBAY.

I have done b tech in 2007 from chemical then worked for three years then did M.Tech in processing and food engineering. I have qualified GATE in 2006. please tell me how can I get admission to Ph.D. in chemical engineering in IIT bombay also tell me about the financial assistance.
