Hi sarka, Plz chk for the notifications from IGNOU. IGNOU, BRAOU are the best for doing PHD in education.

It is advisable to do PhD on full time basis, so which ever university you are joining make sure it is not through distance Education. Because PhD through distance Education is not valid, so join regular programme.
