Ph.D. in any government institute is free and we'll stipend, best thing it is open no necessary need for GATE just go for it. Give interviews and get elected, thought GATE is a better option you'll get around 25-30k per months and cost of living is 7-10k. So, a saving of 15-20k a month and 50k for b
