ph.d in textile or fashion is rarely offered by Indian Institutes...in my knowledge IDC - Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay offers ph.d programs in various fashion related fields as Industrial Design,Visual Communication,Animation, Interaction Design,Mobility and Vehicle Design etc.,
