Dear Sandeep, There are many universities which can give you opportunity to earn a PhD. You can go for a government or private university. Refer the following for the same:

There are many good institute in India for PhD . Important is that either you are qualify NET/JRF or not, how many research paper you have. All IIMs or IFMS, xlri, iits, all central universities are among good colleges.
