i want to do phd & chose topic for synopsis GLOBAL HR , is it too wide? if so then should i chose one ta part of global hr, ex, cros culture

if i chose GLOBAL HR cross culture, taining, performance, mnc, expartiates,culture etc all will be included so am confused. for synopsis i should chose global hr or any one topic that is included in it. give suggestion , asap. i will be thankful.
