I want to do phd in human resource but i have less than 55% marks

suggest some universities which give admission for phd in hr with less than 55% marks

you'd better go in for the improvement of your per-centage.55 and more is made compulsory by the UGC for getting the UGC scales in colleges.later,you go for PH.D.

You should find out a topic as well as a University approved guide first. If you have to clear some entrance test such as NET/Departmental Admission tests or so do so before you register for PhD.
