I want to do phd in rural development .i have done masters in rural development and managment with 60%marks.what i should do

If you wish to opt for teaching or research as a career, PhD is Ok, but I will suggest that you take up suitable assignments in Rural Development/ management first and gain experience. Way forward will itself become clear in this period.
